Baby Shower and Wedding

I got to make a baby shower cake for my daughter in law and a small wedding cake for my son and daughter in law. The shower was just in time as she delivered 7 weeks early the next day!

Skylander Cake

I got a call to make my first Skylander cake. I had never heard of Skylander so she sent me a picture. It started as a little bit of a joke that I would light it up but as I kept looking I knew I needed to make this one really light up! However, I wasn't really sure how this was going to happen. I got it figured out and the Birthday boy was happy and surprised. I am sorry I didn't get a pictue in the dark. The cake is chocolate with an electric green buttercream filling.

The flavors for this cake was chocolate with chocolate ganache and white with fresh strawberries. I had the honor of making Ashley's wedding cake.

I got to make Ellison's 1st birthday cake so I was excited when her Mom called to order her 2nd birthday cake.

Betty Boop 87th Birthday cupcakes

These cupcakes were really fun to make. They were requested for a friends mothers birthday. Her name is Betty so Betty Boop fit. They are red velvet with white chocolate cream cheese frosting.
